Why should I use this form?

Performance Review form helps the employees to provide performance ratings.  Employee works on this form, when the Confirmation Appraisal is initiated by the role player.

Employee can rate himself and set his Goals and Achievements. The HR / Manager can now rate the employee form the HR / Managers perspective.

image032.jpgNote: Employee can fill this form only if the HR Facilitator initiates Confirmation Appraisal process.

If the employee has not acted on the confirmation appraisal process within the stipulated time, then it would be automatically moved to Level 1 (L1) approver with auto approved comments and configured settings.

This can be achieved using the parameter “CONF_DAYS_L0” and “AUTO_MOVEMENT_RATING” parameters.

If the confirmation appraisal process is not initiated or the employee has already completed the performance review, system shows message as ‘-- Confirmation Appraisal is not initiated/You might have been already confirmed, Check the Employment Status to know you Confirmation Status.’

Who can access this form?  

Employees whose confirmation appraisal has been initiated can work on this form.

How to navigate to this form?

Point to HR Tasks menu, select Confirmation Appraisal under Confirmation.

 

This form has two sections, one is for providing Goals & Achievements and the next section is for selecting rating against each skill.

Goals

This section allows you to enter Goals and Achievements against each goal. Click [Add] to add more goals. This will insert a new row in this section.

If any goal needs to be deleted, select the check box against the goal and click [Remove].  This will remove the selected goal(s) from this section.  

 

Skills

This section allows you to select ratings against each skill. Rate the skill prioritizing to the organisations need.

The Skills and Ratings are populated in this form from the following tables:

·         ERM_CONF_SKILL_DTL_T

·         ERM_CONF_SKILL_MAST_T

Enter comments (any more self- boasting!) if any in Employee Comments field.

In case you feel that some training would enhance your skill level, it can be entered in the ‘Training Required’ field.

The "Save" option is available so that if need be, the employee can save the performance review details and rework on it later. When the form is opened again, it will be preloaded with the last saved details.

Click [Submit] to send it for approval.

Click [Reset] to refresh the form.
